There is no dedicated app. Use a PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer. A computer is more suitable if you want to run SQL examples in a local database.

Yes. Download the PDFs first, then read and complete written exercises offline. Running examples offline requires a compatible local database and any necessary tools to be installed beforehand.

There is no promised learning timeframe, job outcome, income or performance improvement. Understanding depends on your starting point and practice. The guides support study; they do not certify production readiness.
